This project highlights the cons of high rise housing in Indian context where traditionally the concept of housing in India has always been designed keeping the social factors into account.
High rise housing is beginning to be a necessity even in the 2 tier metro politian cities in India and is slowly moving towards the other secondary cities all over India.
In this context,this projects looks into designing apartments (in this project -high rise apartments), more social and neighbor friendly.involving with design spaces that can be provided in the structure itself, which could cater to most of the daily needs of people (project context- IT SECTOR), instead of moving out of the space( structure) to find the same.
This involves in designing recreational spaces, community spaces, all in the structure itself.
